Kaya + Partners is a multi-scale studio based in Ankara, uniting architecture, interior design and execution disciplines across Türkiye. Every project begins by listening carefully to the place, user and programme.

Design is the dialogue between place and people.

Kaya + Partners is an Ankara-based, multi-scale interior design studio running architecture and interior projects across Türkiye. Each project begins by reading its context: the geometry of the place, the choreography of light through the day, the tactile dialogue of materials and the user's daily rhythm — all of these are texts to be listened to long before any design output.

This reading becomes a concept canopy that shapes architecture, interior and detail together. A boutique hotel in Ankara, a home in Istanbul or a commercial space abroad — scale and geography change; the rigour and disciplinary unity do not. From the texture of a door handle to the proportion of a facade, we treat every part as limbs of a single body, not separate projects.

We were founded in Ankara; we have grown across Türkiye and abroad.

Residential, office, hotel, restaurant, café and commercial — each programme carries its own story. The outcome is aesthetic, durable, lived-in space. We seek character that endures rather than instant appeal. Because good architecture is not what dazzles on day one — it is what still feels right five years on.

Our Founder

Kaan Yalçınkaya, Founder Interior Architect

Kaan Yalçınkaya, after graduating from the Interior Architecture department at Çankaya University, founded his own design office in Ankara — an interior architect specialising in interior design, architecture and hospitality projects. He has signed off on a wide spectrum of projects, from boutique cafés to luxury villas, corporate offices to beach clubs.

His work is shaped by the principles of belonging to a place, honest use of materials and prioritising user experience. His projects — which bring together the warm language of Mediterranean architecture with a contemporary design sensibility — take place across Turkey, especially on the Antalya and Bodrum coastlines.

Good architecture is design that is loved more as it is lived in, and proves itself with the passage of time.

As a member of the TMMOB Chamber of Interior Architects, Kaan Yalçınkaya takes an active role in every stage from concept development to turnkey execution. Together with his team, he treats each project specific to its place, user and budget.

Every project flows through the same disciplined cadence. A five-step process delivers transparent governance of decisions, budget and timeline.

    Reading the place, programme and user. We listen to context, programme and expectations.

    Concept

    We frame a vision through design approach, scale decisions and reference work.

    Project & detail

    Technical documentation of architecture and interior, material palette and detailed resolutions.

    Execution

    Turnkey approach: procurement, supervision and site management together.

    Handover & aftercare

    We deliver the ready-to-use space and remain beside you afterwards.
