Bodrum coastal architecture and hospitality

Bodrum's architecture is built on a calm, airy language shaped by lime-white walls, serene stone textures, bougainvillea-draped pergolas and terraces that open onto the sea. In our designs, we place great value on bringing local stone, timber, lime plaster and natural fibres together with today's standards of comfort. The wind direction, slope and view angle, which vary from cove to cove across the peninsula, are critical parameters that determine the layout of each project.

Areas we work in

We deliver luxury residential and hospitality projects in Yalıkavak, Türkbükü, Göltürkbükü, Bitez, Gümüşlük, Konacık, Yalıçiftlik, Torba, Gündoğan, Ortakent, Akyarlar, Mumcular, Çakıraydın and across the entire Bodrum Peninsula.

Our hospitality design process

In Bodrum, boutique hotel and beach club projects are designed around the triangle of brand identity, guest experience and operational efficiency. From the concept stage onward, the menu, service flow, and kitchen and service relationships are planned. For seasonal venues, the spatial resolution of transitions between rain, wind and sun is especially critical. The construction phase is usually scheduled between November and April; completing the project within this tight window requires experienced project management.

How to read the portfolio

Project stories, not just typologies

We don't simply label each project "residential" or "office." We explain the initial problem, the design decisions we made (materials, lighting, circulation, storage) and how the result shaped everyday use. Every project page lists measurable details — area (m²), scope, type of work, delivery model and year — so you get a clear answer to "can this team handle my project?"

Every space type has different priorities

One studio, but a different approach for each need. Here is how design priorities shift across the projects in our portfolio:

Residential & Villa

Circulation suited to lifestyle, natural light and storage; a balance of warmth and durability in materials.

Office

Efficient workflow, acoustic comfort and a corporate atmosphere that reflects the brand identity.

Clinic & Healthcare

Hygiene-focused surfaces, patient and staff circulation, and a calm, reassuring perception.

Retail & Store

Customer wayfinding, storefront impact and a lighting scheme that supports sales.

From design to handover — one studio, end to end

Every project in our portfolio follows the same 5-stage method. We don't just design; we manage the whole process.

  1. 01

    Brief & analysis

We clarify needs, budget and the site conditions of the space together.

  2. 02

    Concept

We build the design language that defines the space's character, materials and lighting.

  3. 03

    Drawings & details

Technical drawings for construction, details and 3D visualisation.

  4. 04

    Construction management

Site coordination, supplier network and production follow-up so the design is realised exactly.

  5. 05

    Handover & support

    Post-handover checks and long-term support.
