A multi-storey corporate showroom, service and operations complex for Yamaha Premium Dealer. An interior design concept that transforms Yamaha's racing and speed heritage into a spatial experience — moving motorcycle display away from the ordinary dealership atmosphere and turning it into a branded living space where passion and culture come alive.
Multi-Storey Complex — One Brand, Three Atmospheres
The building brings together service and hardware operations on the lower level, the main showroom experience on the ground floor, and office, lounge and café areas on the upper floor. A dramatic spiral staircase at the heart of the vertical circulation creates the visual and spatial connection between all three floors — from every point, visitors can sense the integrity of the brand.
Service and Hardware — Industrial Character
The service entrance greets visitors with steel grille panels, an exposed mechanical ceiling and dramatic linear lighting. In the Hardware & Storage section, every part is displayed within a visible storage system, bringing the transparency of motorcycle maintenance culture to the forefront.
- Steel grille panels and metal mesh partitions
- Exposed concrete ceiling + linear LED lighting
- Hardware & Storage — transparent storage wall
- Service seating and transition to the mechanical workshop
- Staff changing and rest area (lockers)
Main Showroom — A Stage for the Motorcycle
The ground floor was conceived as a motorcycle theatre showcasing Yamaha's entire product portfolio. Timber lath wall panels, podium lighting and custom-designed plinths present each motorcycle as an individual sculpture. Glass façades establish a continuous visual connection with the outdoors.
- Main display area — sport, naked, scooter and touring models
- Custom plinth lighting (spotlights + uplighting from below)
- Timber lath wall panels and YAMAHA brand corners
- "FEEL" / "RACE" typographic accents
- Test ride consultation booth — with a custom timber frame
Yamaha Cafe — "Feel the Vibe, Race the Move"
A branded café experience; a social hub that turns a customer's showroom visit into a moment of community. Burgundy pendant lights, leather banquettes and the "FEEL THE VIBE / RACE THE MOVE" neon sign bring Yamaha's racing culture into an everyday rhythm.
Accessories and Helmet Wall
Yamaha helmets, parts and apparel are displayed in a grid arrangement on a single monumental wall panel. This arrangement turns accessory retail into a collection experience — customers perceive each product not as a separate object, but as part of the brand.
Operation Office — The Architectural Character of Management
The upper-floor OPERATION office was designed as an open-plan space where management, sales and service teams can work efficiently, featuring a Yamaha blue accent wall, an acoustic panel wall with a wheel-rim motif and biophilic green textures. Rows of linear lighting, wide glass partitions and a branded social area — the aesthetic expression of corporate operations.
Brand × Space — The Architectural Expression of Passion
Yamaha Premium Dealer was designed as a hub where brand culture is lived spatially, going far beyond an ordinary motorcycle dealership. The balance between an industrial material language (steel, concrete, metal mesh) and Yamaha's corporate identity (blue, red, white) forms the core character of the space. The result is a showroom complex that grows more beloved over the years, strengthens the brand experience and turns customer loyalty into a spatial reminder.
