Restaurant Interiors Shaped by İzmir's Outdoor Culture
Restaurant design in İzmir begins by reading the soul of a city that lives outdoors for most of the year. Along the Kordon, in the back streets of Alsancak or on the Çeşme shoreline, guests seek the sea breeze, a shaded garden and open-air tables far more than an enclosed dining room. That is why we soften the boundary between inside and out, choreographing sidewalk seating, the inner garden and the terrace as a single flow. We design the space to sustain that breezy, inviting atmosphere İzmir residents know so well.
- A flow that unites sidewalk seating, the inner garden and the terrace
- A flexible open-closed boundary with folding glass façades and movable screens
- Seating islands oriented for the sea breeze and shade
- Semi-open transitional spaces, pergolas and layers of climbing greenery
- A façade layout turned toward the view along the Kordon and the coast
