A Remote Process from Ankara and Local Team Coordination

Owners of İzmir residences are often based in another city, which is why we design the process to be remote from the outset. We have no physical office in İzmir; our headquarters is in Ankara, and we run the project transparently through scheduled site visits, digital measurement, photorealistic 3D presentations, and an online approval flow. For apartments in Bayraklı, Mavişehir, Bostanlı, Bornova, and Karşıyaka we coordinate the local implementation team on site ourselves and oversee design and execution quality end to end.
